ISCC 208 Logos and Claims (v2.2, 16 July 2025), valid from 16 July 2025

The compliance transition period for this document lasts 24 months, ending on 15 July 2027. Companies are advised to start preparing new artwork and updating their communication materials (both on- and off-product) as early as possible, following the new 208 (v2.2). Any new or revised artwork featuring the ISCC on-product logo or claim must be approved by ISCC. Similarly, off-product communications by licensees also need ISCC approval. From 16 July 2027, only the ISCC 208 (v2.2) version will be valid , meaning that all ongoing off-product communication and all newly printed marketing materials (both on- and off-product) must adhere to ISCC 208 (v2.2).

ISCC 208 Logos and Claims (v1.3, 26 April 2022), valid till 15 July 2027

This document provides clear guidance on the use and development of ISCC logos and claims, ensuring consistency, credibility, and transparency. It helps organisations communicate their sourcing of alternative materials effectively while protecting the integrity of ISCC and supporting the shift toward a circular economy.
